Good but not what was expected

You really still have to work from ISO 9000 and AS91xx and find examples that other companies have implemented as this book does not summarize or quote to material. It's really a commentary on top of these standards meant to help prepare you for an audit. It details common major and minor findings to help you check your system for completeness. It offers some examples for basic implementation but not for everything that is required. Worth the money, but don't expect this to teach you how to build a quality system from the ground up.
